Application: QuickBooks MCP Server ("the App")
By connecting the App to your QuickBooks Online company, you agree to these terms.
The App is a private Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables AI assistants to interact with QuickBooks Online accounting data. It is not a commercial product and is not available to the general public.
The App uses Intuit's OAuth 2.0 framework to access your QuickBooks Online data. You may revoke access at any time through your QuickBooks Online account under Apps → My Apps.
The App accesses your QuickBooks Online data solely to perform accounting operations you request. Your data is not sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than fulfilling your requests.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The App is open-source software licensed under the MIT License.
In no event shall the author be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to errors in accounting data, data loss, or service interruptions.
You may disconnect the App from your QuickBooks Online company at any time. Disconnection immediately revokes the App's access to your data. No data is retained after disconnection.
These terms may be updated at any time. The current version is always available at this URL.
